Welcome to intoBible.com (the “Site”), a website owned and operated by Upward Notions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use apply to both the intoBible website and the intoBible mobile app available on the Apple App Store (together, also referred to as the “Site”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.
2. Ownership and Use of Content
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Upward Notions LLC or its licensors.
You may use the Site's content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's proprietary content without our express written consent.
Bible text and Bible commentary text are provided for your study and personal use but remain subject to their respective copyrights and usage terms, if applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any third-party licensing requirements when using such content.
3. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
- Submit or transmit any harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
4. Donations and Gifts
From time to time, the Site may describe ways to send a gift to support intoBible, such as via Zelle. Any such gifts are sent directly through the applicable third-party payment service and are processed entirely by that service; we do not collect, process, or store your payment, bank, or card information. Gifts to Upward Notions LLC are not tax-deductible.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Site, or the accuracy or reliability of its content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upward Notions LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these websites.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site for any reason, including a violation of these Terms of Use.
10. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the intoBible app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply between you and us (not Apple), and Apple is not a party to these Terms of Use:
- These Terms of Use are between you and Upward Notions LLC only, not Apple, and Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims.
- Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any claim that the app or your use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use and, upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
