Any such gifts are sent directly through the applicable third-party payment service and are processed entirely by that service; we do not collect, process, or store your payment, bank, or card information. Gifts to Upward Notions LLC are not tax-deductible.

If you downloaded the intoBible app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply between you and us (not Apple), and Apple is not a party to these Terms of Use:

• These Terms of Use are between you and Upward Notions LLC only, not Apple, and Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any claim that the app or your use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use and, upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary.
